As part of the ICEFOSS ‘24 at FISAT, ELNA is offering three exciting opportunities:

1. A $200 prize pool for the top 2 DeAI (Decentralized AI) projects on the blockchain. Guidelines:

   • You can use any chain (ICP-Internet Computer Blockchain is recommended).
   • Any programming language can be used (RUST is preferred).
   • The AI application must be fully on-chain (HTTP outcalls are allowed if necessary).
   • It's recommended to include a technical architectural diagram and presentation.
   • Upload your project to GitHub as a public repository and share the link during submission, pushing code as you complete small parts.
